Corporate Website - Telkom Indonesia

Telkom Indonesia is the country's largest telecommunications and digital network company, serving millions of residential, corporate, and government customers nationwide. As a publicly listed entity in constant transformation, Telkom needed a digital presence that reflects its scale, credibility, and innovation as the national leader in the telecommunications industry.

Triwikrama was trusted to design and build a new company profile website that serves not only as an information showcase but also as a strategic communication hub for various stakeholders — from prospective business partners and media to investors. Development began with in-depth research into the required information architecture, including company profile, service lines, performance reports, corporate news, and a dedicated investor relations page presenting financial data and corporate governance transparently.

On the technical side, we built the site using Next.js to ensure fast loading performance, strong SEO, and server-side rendering capability — essential for a high-traffic entity like Telkom. The content architecture was designed to be modular, allowing the internal team to easily update news, press releases, and product information without relying on developers, through a content management system tailored to their workflow.

The biggest challenge in this project was ensuring visual and performance consistency across devices, given how diverse Telkom's website visitors are — from smartphone users in areas with limited connectivity to corporate professionals accessing from office desktops. We optimized every image asset, implemented an appropriate caching strategy, and conducted extensive testing across various network conditions to ensure a smooth experience for all types of users.

The result is a solid, responsive digital platform that reflects Telkom Indonesia's image as a world-class telecommunications company — and a digital foundation ready to grow alongside their business in the future.
