Unilever Indonesia is one of the largest consumer goods companies in the country, home to dozens of well-known brands that are part of the daily lives of millions of households nationwide. As a global company with strict brand standards, Unilever Indonesia needed a corporate website that's not only informative but also reflects the visual identity and sustainability values at the core of their global business strategy.
Triwikrama was trusted to carry out a complete redesign of Unilever Indonesia's corporate website experience. The project began with in-depth UX research, including an audit of the old site, visitor behavior analysis, and interviews with Unilever's internal team to understand their communication goals toward various audiences — from consumers and prospective employees to business partners and media.
Based on those research findings, we developed new wireframes and a more structured information architecture, making it easier for visitors to find information about the brand portfolio, sustainability initiatives, annual reports, and career opportunities. The visual design phase was carried out using Figma, with repeated iterations alongside Unilever's brand team to ensure every design element — from typography and color palette to the grid system — remained consistent with their global visual identity guidelines.
We also paid special attention to accessibility, ensuring the site could be comfortably used by people with various needs, including screen reader compatibility and adequate color contrast. Every interface component was designed as part of a modular design system, allowing Unilever's team to easily develop new pages in the future without losing visual consistency.
The result of this collaboration is a more modern, elegant, and easy-to-navigate corporate website — reinforcing Unilever Indonesia's position as a leading consumer goods company that keeps innovating in how it tells its brand story to the digital world.
